Abstract:
Disclosed is an acoustic holographic lens for multi-point transcranial ultrasound focusing, which is formed by the following method: selecting the position of a stimulation target point located in a skull as a virtual sound source point; selecting a predetermined ultrasonic wave frequency for an ultrasonic neuromodulation device; using the position of the stimulation target point as a virtual sound source to reversely calculate phase information of a sound wave at the position of the ultrasonic neuromodulation device after the sound wave passes through a skull model; in combination with an acoustic holographic lens material, designing an acoustic holographic lens surface for modulation characteristics of a sound wave phase; according to the obtained acoustic holographic lens surface, preparing the acoustic holographic lens for multi-point transcranial ultrasound focusing. The acoustic holographic lens of the present invention has the advantage of an accurate focusing position.
