An aerosol generation device and a microwave heating assembly (1) therefor. The microwave heating assembly (1) comprises: an outer conductor unit (11), which is cylindrical and comprises a first open end (112) and a second open end (113) opposite the first open end (112); and an inner conductor unit (12), which is arranged inside the outer conductor unit (11) and forms an accommodating space (124) for accommodating an aerosol-generating product (2). The inner conductor unit (12) comprises a first fixed end (121) and a first free end (122), wherein the first fixed end (121) is attached to an end wall of the first open end (112), the first free end (122) extends towards the second open end (113), and the accommodating space (124) is disposed between the first fixed end (121) and the first free end (122). The microwave heating assembly (1) does not need to be directly fixed to an accommodating seat on the outer conductor unit (11), such that heat can be prevented from being directly transmitted, via the accommodating seat, to the outer conductor unit (11), and the heat dissipation effect can be further improved.
