Abstract:
It is the time to analyze, propose, do and control marketing management tasks completely automatically, using artificial intelligence means (AI-Based), to watch, to manage and to control marketing issues using related data, measures and metrics. This system, HAMED MMD, is a comprehensive one to do these and to help all the people around the world disregarding of their race, religion, wealth, etc. It also could be useful for those that are in distant places without accessing to specialists (e.g. marketing managers), those who live in poor areas or those who travel to distant places without accessing to any specialist. The benefit of HAMED MMD is to help businesses while doing marketing in order to see if related marketing activities are being done desirably, efficiently, and effectively, and if the marketing tasks are optimized well enough and are profitable. HAMED MMD can also monitor damages/inefficiencies in the processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities and so on (if any) and the environmental conditions in which the marketing activities are being done. HAMED MMD can be used for all kind of businesses. Providing that HAMED MMD will be used globally, needed processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities and so on can be monitored around the world and some useful information (like specific media in the case of needs in different areas) can be obtained and managed. Thereby, HAMED MMD can estimate required future needs like human resources and other facilities to handle different situations before they actually would be happened. Claims

[Claim 1] HAMED MMD is a completely automatic doctor to analyze, plan, propose, do and control marketing management tasks using artificial intelligence means (Al-Based), to watch, to manage and to control marketing issues using related data, measures and metrics, HAMED MMD can help all the businesses while doing marketing in order to see if related marketing activities are being done desirably, efficiently, and effectively, and if the marketing tasks are optimized well enough and are profitable, and also HAMED MMD can monitor damages/inefficiencies in the processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities and so on (if any) and the environmental conditions in which the marketing activities are being done, characterized by MMD.AIU, which get the outputs of MMD.ALGORITHMS and MMD. PROCESSING units (the outputs of MMD. DATABASE and MMD.INPUTS units respectively), MMD.COMM, MMD.CW, MMD.RA, MMD.SUP, MMD.FIN, MMD.INSUR, MMD.EMP, MMD.LEARN, and MMD. MAN units [fig. 1].

[Claim 2] According to the claim 1, MMD.DATABASE Unit is characterized in a way that can store all the required data: general, specific, needed data, and costs and revenues.

[Claim 3] According to the claims 1 and 2, all the data from MMD.DATABASE Unit is sorted and prepared in a unit characterized as MMD.ALGORITHMS for every single task of marketing with regard to the instruments, devices, facilities and so on in such a way that can show correct forms of doing, managing and controlling marketing effectively and efficiently with regard to their needed data, costs and proposed revenues in order to be controlled more easily in MMD.AIU Unit with the information that will be extracted and processed via MMD.INPUTS and MMD. PROCESSING units.

[Claim 4] According to the claim 1, clients' data of activities of marketing, processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities and other related data in addition to the conditions of the businesses and the environment can be gotten by a unit characterized as MMD.INPUTS Unit manually, by the client, or automatically, using data of sensors, detectors, cameras, microphones, measures/metrics (or even raw data that will be analyzed to get information of the measures/metrics) and other facilities.

[Claim 5] According to the claims 1 and 4, a unit characterized as MMD. PROCESSING Unit is responsible for making the raw data from MMD.INPUTS unit ready for further analyses in MMD.AIU Unit.

[Claim 6] According to the claims 1, 2,3,4 and 5, a unit characterized as MMD.AIU Unit is responsible to explore, detect, plan, propose, implement, control and assess marketing tasks (markedly setting marketing goals for firms, businesses or other organizations with regard to market opportunities and internal resources and capabilities, planning and executing of the tasks, measuring the tasks and their efficiency and effectiveness, doing marketing plans, budgeting, allocating resources, etc.), and to check and control the environmental conditions in which the businesses are running in order to control the tasks, processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities, and other issues before/during/after doing them and in order to manage/control the marketing activities by means of related data, measures and metrics (analyzing the output of MMD. PROCESSING Unit with regard to MMD.DATABASE and MMD.ALGORITHMS units) using artificial intelligence (or other) techniques.

[Claim 7] According to the claims 1,2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, results of the system and further required actions will be communicated to the client via a unit characterized as MMD.COMM Unit. [Claim 8] According to the claims 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, a unit characterized as MMD.CW Unit offers continuous watching and helps clients controlling activities of marketing, processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities, the environmental conditions and the tasks (mentioned as MMD.AIU main tasks) seamlessly and in any places without any helps of humans like marketing managers.

[Claim 9] According to the claims 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, a unit characterized as MMD.RA Unit is responsible to make connections with real humans and experts (e.g. marketing managers or consultants) if needed, and experts can also use HAMED MMD via MMD.RA Unit to get extra information based on the data stored in MMD. DATABASE Unit as well as information of their activities of marketing, processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities, and the environment analyzed by HAMED MMD.

[Claim 10] According to the claims 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, a unit characterized as MMD.SUP Unit can provide needed instruments, devices, and other facilities for marketing management or other tasks directly (using its own delivery system), or by making relationships with other companies or stores.

[Claim 11] According to the claims 1,2, 3,4, 5, 6 and 7, a unit characterized as MMD. FIN Unit can help clients buying their needs like instruments or facilities by providing financing facilities (e.g. loan).

[Claim 12] According to the claims 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, a unit characterized as MMD.INSUR Unit can insure activities of marketing, processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, or other facilities for marketing or other tasks, employees and so on, or make relationships with other insurance companies to help supporting clients financially if they encounter any issues while using the system.

[Claim 13] According to the claims 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, a unit characterized as MMD.EMP Unit is designed to help clients to find any workforces (employees) they may need during using HAMED MMD.

[Claim 14] According to the claims 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, a unit characterized as MMD. LEARN Unit is a way for clients to learn about marketing management, activities of marketing, processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities and other related data for increasing their knowledge or just for entertainment.

[Claim 15] According to the claims 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, information of the clients at collective level can be gathered, monitored, and managed via a unit characterized as MMD. MAN Unit to understand societies' information (like needed processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, specific media in the case of needs in different areas, and so on), and HAMED MMD can estimate required future needs like human resources and other facilities to handle different situations before they actually would be happened.

Technical Field

[0001] It is the time to analyze, propose, do and control marketing management tasks (markedly setting marketing goals for firms, businesses or other organizations with regard to market opportunities and internal resources and capabilities, planning and executing of the tasks, measuring the tasks and their efficiency and effectiveness, doing marketing plans, etc.) completely automatically, using artificial intelligence means (Al-Based), to watch, to manage and to control marketing issues using related data, measures and metrics [Fig. 1]. This system, HAMED MMD, is a comprehensive one to do these and to help all the people around the world disregarding of their race, religion, wealth, etc. It also could be useful for those that are in distant places without accessing to specialists (e.g. marketing managers), those who live in poor areas or those who travel to distant places without accessing to any specialist. [0002] First, there is a need for collecting all the data required to manage and to control marketing activities, processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities and so on: MMD. DATABASE Unit. In this unit, general, specific, and costs and revenues data should be prepared for further analysis. General data contains data of all methods/techniques used in marketing management and related measures and metrics. Unique data of each business (or firm), like its used marketing plans or techniques, its consumers, available resources needed for marketing, and so on can be stored as specific data. Other data in MMD.DATABASE Unit contains: needed data of instruments, devices, and other facilities, as well as costs of the marketing activities and calculated revenues.

[0003] All the data from MMD.DATABASE Unit is sorted and prepared in MMD. ALGORITHMS Unit for every single task of marketing with regard to instruments, devices, facilities and so on in such a way that can show correct forms of doing, managing and controlling marketing effectively and efficiently with regard to their needed data, costs and proposed revenues in order to be controlled more easily in MMD.AIU Unit with the information that will be extracted and processed via MMD.INPUTS and MMD.PROCESSING units.

[0004] MMD.DATABASE and MMD.ALGORITHMS units are designed to classify activities of marketing, processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities and other related data based on existed knowledge. These units can be the first stream of HAMED MMD. The second stream is to analyze the marketing activities, processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities and other data of the clients (businesses), in addition to the environmental conditions to get information about them. This stream contains two stages named MMD.INPUTS Unit and MMD.PROCESSING Unit.

[0005] MMD.INPUTS Unit is added to HAMED MMD for getting clients' data of activities of marketing, processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities, and other related data in addition to the environmental conditions directly or indirectly. A person can tell the system some features manually like current marketing activities. In addition, HAMED MMD can monitor conditions of the businesses (marketing tasks and so on) and the environment using some electronic devices such as cameras, special sensors (e.g. eye-tracking), and measures/metrics (or even raw data that will be analyzed to get information of the measures/metrics).

[0006] In MMD.PROCESSING Unit, data from MMD.INPUTS Unit will be analyzed. The primary purpose of this unit is to check and understand properties (e.g. efficiency) of activities of marketing, processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities, and other related data in addition to the environmental conditions. It is also feasible to get data (from the MMD.INPUTS Unit) before and after a period of time, then, changes in the activities of marketing, processes, methods, programs, plans, (or other related information) can be drawn. Other data from MMD.INPUTS unit will also be checked and processed, like the data told HAMED MMD by the client manually using voice processing techniques.

[0007] The output of the two streams introduced earlier would then go to the artificial intelligence unit (MMD.AIU), those are the output of MMD.ALGORITHMS and MMD.PROCESSING units. MMD.AIU is the heart of the system and is responsible to explore, detect, propose, implement, control and assess marketing tasks (markedly setting marketing goals for firms, businesses or other organizations with regard to market opportunities and internal resources and capabilities, planning and executing of the tasks, measuring the tasks and their efficiency and effectiveness, doing marketing plans, etc.), and to check and control the environmental conditions in which the businesses are running in order to control the tasks, processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities, and other issues before/during/after doing them and in order to manage/control the marketing activities by means of related data, measures and metrics (analyzing the output of MMD.PROCESSING Unit with regard to MMD. DATABASE and MMD.ALGORITHMS units). This matching process can be done using different artificial intelligence techniques like machine learning, pattern recognition, statistics, data mining, and so on. Also, MMD.AIU can access to MMD.DATABASE Unit and write data gathered activities of marketing, processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities, the environment and others there (for the user), or get any data needed for its main tasks.

[0008] The next step of HAMED MMD is to tell the results to the clients via MMD.COMM Unit. It is preferred to use deep fake for making HAMED MMD more realistic. This will help people to contact with the system more easily and feel better contacting with HAMED MMD. It can be the face of a person, like myself, or an animation character. Clients can choose whoever want to be their marketing management doctor. MMD.COMM Unit can tell the clients the conditions of activities of marketing, processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities, the environment (or other related issues). If HAMED MMD would detect some deficiencies in any part(s), MMD.COMM Unit will communicate failures detected in MMD.AIU Unit and tell necessary and required actions to the clients. For instance, if the characteristics of a marketing plan is not appropriate or efficient and HAMED MMD detects a defect in the method of marketing or scenarios used by the client, required correction(s) will be communicated to the client via MMD.COMM unit. If the system could not reach a decision due to incomplete or inaccurate data of the activities of marketing, processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities, or other inputs, MMD.COMM will tell the clients and the process will be jumped backed to the initial stage, MMD. INPUTS. Providing that some further required actions (like correction(s)) requested by the clients or detected by the system, HAMED MMD can offer some sorts of solutions: continuous watching of the activities of marketing, processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities, and the environment (MMD.CW), real assistants' (e.g. marketing managers') help (MMD.RA), needed instruments or other facilities for marketing activities or other tasks (MMD. SUP), financing for purchasing instruments orotherfacilities (MMD. FIN), insurance offers (MMD.INSUR), needed workforces/employees (MMD.EMP) and learning about activities of marketing, processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, and other facilities (MMD.LEARN). The results of all the activities of marketing, processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, and other facilities owned, used or done by all the clients at collective level can then be gathered in MMD. MAN Unit. These units will be described in the following paragraphs.

DATABASE Unit as well as information of their activities of marketing, processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities and other related data in addition to the environment analyzed by HAMED MMD.
