Abstract:
An air-conditioning outdoor apparatus (101) comprises: first to third ports (31, 32, 33) to which three water pipes are connected; a first water pipe (21) that connects the first port and the second port; a second water pipe (22) that connects the second port and the third port; a refrigerant circuit (RC); and a control device (50). The refrigerant circuit (RC) has: a first refrigerant pipe (11); a second refrigerant pipe (12); a third refrigerant pipe (13) and a fourth refrigerant pipe (14) that are connected in parallel between the first and second refrigerant pipes; an air heat exchanger (3) that performs heat exchange between air and the third refrigerant pipe (13); a first water heat exchanger (4) that performs heat exchange between the first water pipe (21) and the first refrigerant pipe (11); a second water heat exchanger (5) that performs heat exchange between the second water pipe (22) and the fourth refrigerant pipe (14); a first expansion valve (6); a second expansion valve (7); a compressor (1); and a four-way valve (2).
