The present invention relates to an airtight folding type waterproof bag. The airtight folding type waterproof bag comprises: a receiving portion (32) made of a flexible resin material; a narrow band-shaped folding band (34) formed along an opening of the receiving portion (32) and formed thicker and harder than the receiving portion (32); an extension folding member (38) made of a flexible resin material and extending upward from the folding band (34) so as to extend the opening of the receiving portion (32) upward; and corresponding annular fastening members (36) connected to both ends of the extension folding member (38), respectively, wherein in order to close the opening of the receiving portion (32), a folding cap (F) is formed by folding the extension folding member (38) and then rolling and folding a part of the receiving portion (32), using both the folded extension folding member (38) and the folding band (34) as a core, and the folding cap (F) is then bent to fasten the annular fastening members (36) at both ends thereof to each other.
