Abstract:
Disclosed are an alloy material having a ceramicized surface, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The alloy material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of polypropylene resin, 20-30 parts of polyamide resin, 10-20 parts of a ceramic-forming filler, 20-25 parts of a phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant, 3-5 parts of a compatibilizer, 1-5 parts of a char-forming agent, 1-5 parts of a micron-scale co-solvent, 1-5 parts of a nano-scale co-solvent, and 0-2 parts of other auxiliaries. The polypropylene resin has a melt flow index of 5-15 g/10 min under conditions of 230°C and 2.16 kg; and the polyamide resin has a viscosity coefficient of 2.4-2.8. The alloy material of the present invention has excellent strength, and at high temperatures, the surface layer thereof can be rapidly ceramicized, forming a stable and highly strong ceramic self-supporting body; in addition, a core layer provides overall excellent mechanical performance to the alloy material due to the effect of intermolecular hydrogen bonding in a PA phase.
