Abstract:
The present invention relates to alumina cement using molten blast furnace slag and high-temperature ladle slag, and to a method for producing same. One embodiment of the present invention provides alumina cement containing 2 to 50 wt% of blast furnace slag, 1 to 5 wt% of ladle slag, 27 wt% or less of limestone, and 45 to 80 wt% of bauxite, and provides a method for producing same. According to the present invention, the molten blast furnace slag and the high-temperature ladle slag are used as alternatives to raw materials for alumina cement, thereby reducing the use of expensive raw materials and enabling manufacturing costs to be saved through the decrease in use of electrical energy resulting from the use of the sensible heat from the material.
