Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide an anaerobic adhesive which can be rapidly cured and, despite this, can be stored at room temperature over long. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An anaerobic adhesive composition which comprises a polyvalent acrylic ester capable of undergoing radical polymerization at room temperature, an organic peroxide, and an anaerobic radical generator which, upon isolation from oxygen, generates a free radical to accelerate the radical reaction of the polyvalent acrylic ester, the composition further containing an organic hydrazide compound.
