Abstract:
An analysis device according to one mode of embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a light source device; an image capturing element which creates color image data by capturing an image of biological tissue illuminated with light generated by the light source device; an indicator calculating unit which, on the basis of the color image data, calculates an indicator X indicating a feature quantity Q of the biological tissue; and a feature quantity acquiring unit which acquires the feature quantity Q on the basis of the indicator X. The feature quantity acquiring unit is provided with a contribution calculating unit which calculates a contribution C of scattering on the spectral characteristics of the biological tissue, on the basis of monochromatic image data of at least two colors included in the color image data, and acquires the feature quantity Q on the basis of the indicator X and the contribution C.
