Abstract:
The embodiments of the present invention relate to an angiography image analysis method and apparatus. The method comprises: acquiring an angiography image; carrying out blood vessel stenosis part detection, and taking a detected stenosis part sub-image as a first image; performing binarization and image noise reduction to generate a first binary image; performing blood vessel recognition to generate a blood vessel image; while not changing the topological property of the blood vessel image, performing center line extraction on the blood vessel image of the first binary image so as to generate a first center line; sorting pixel points on the first center line to generate a first pixel point sequence; measuring and calculating the blood vessel diameter at each first pixel point position so as to generate a first diameter; identifying the percentage of stenosis of a blood vessel at each first pixel point position so as to generate a corresponding first percentage of stenosis; and returning the first pixel point sequence, a first diameter sequence and a sequence of the first percentages of stenosis as vascular stenosis analysis data of the angiography image. The present invention can improve the analysis accuracy.
