Abstract:
The present invention relates to an anode active material including a core-shell composite, a lithium secondary battery including the same and a manufacturing method for the anode active material. One aspect of the present invention provides a core-shell anode active material which has a core part including (quasi) metal oxide-Li alloyed MOx-Liy and a shell part including a carbon material coated on the surface of the core part. Another aspect of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing the core-shell anode active material. The anode active material, according to the one aspect of the present invention, has high capacity, excellent cycle characteristics and volume expansion control capabilities, and high initial efficiency.
