Abstract:
An anomaly detection and analysis method for Internet of Things data of a commercial hotel kitchen and a related product, the method comprising the following steps: acquiring a network topology structure of a commercial hotel cold storage sensor and a gateway; according to the network topology structure, extracting an anomaly model corresponding to the network topology structure, acquiring data of the sensor, inputting the data into the anomaly model so as to analyze whether the data is anomalous, and performing early warning prompting if the data is anomalous. The technical solution provided by the present method and product has the advantage of performing anomaly analysis on data.
