The present application belongs to the technical field of air conditioners. Disclosed are an anti-condensation control method, a device, an apparatus and a storage medium. The method comprises: in a cooling mode, acquiring a water supply temperature of a water chilling unit and a dew-point temperature of a space where a tail end heat exchange component is located; on the basis of the water supply temperature and the dew-point temperature, calculating a current temperature difference; on the basis of the current temperature difference and a temperature difference calculated at a previous control moment, determining a temperature difference change value; on the basis of the current temperature difference and the temperature difference change value, determining a target water temperature adjustment amount of the water chilling unit; and determining a target water temperature of the water chilling unit according to the target water temperature adjustment amount, and controlling the water chilling unit to operate according to the target water temperature.
