CLAIMS

ANTI - CORROSIVE SPECIAL PAINT FOR Q.I.T, TRANSTEEL BLUE, WHITE ENAMEL (Q.A.D) are the exclusive discovery of Prof. King Clement Adiamiko Uwemedimo, Comanche (UK) Limited and Comanche (Nig) Limited. The claim is based on the fact that no other chemical company or paint of any establishment has introduce the ingredient anywhere in the world. They are purely innovation and new in the history of paint. In qualitative and quantitative analyses, Special Quick Air Dry is of no way compare with any other anti corrosive and marine paints anywhere.

GALVANISED IRON ROOFS, WATER TANKS, INTERIOR SUITABLE FOR DRINKING WATER

GALVANISED IRON STRUCTURES

The above prescribed chemicals whish has Acentone combinations with Alcohols such Ethanol (Denaturet) Isopropy Alcohol, Glycolethers Oxitol, Isoproyi Oxitol, depending on the season to which they are beigh used and the timing to produce the effect I.e resisting the high concentration of the chlorine, salt and gas pollution

Other chemicals such as Oxitol Acetate Butyl Dioxitol Acetate Hydrocarbon, Solvents, Glycol (Solvent), ie Ethylene Glycol, Diethylene Polyglycols , Triethylene Glycol add to general chemicals such as Linenol Alcohols, Livenol Phthalates, dioctyl and Glycerine - Epichlorohydrin dutrex processing oils and shell flex processing oils are combined in minor and plus depending on a specific usage in the affected area. This paint is undergoing regular checks that is the reason why quantity used at a time could not be specifically given in the case of preparation for use in the following structures, galvanised iron roof, galvanise iron pipes and corrosion of ferrous metals.

The Effect of atmospheric pollution is illustrated by table 1 which shows the experimental results of the test carried out in Qua Iboe Terminal (Q.T.T). All sites were within 350 yards (320 metres) of the high water mark, further inland the chloride pollution was much less and consequently the rate of corrosion was much slower, e.g a value of 0.20 mils (5 microns) per year was observed at about 50 miles (80 Kilometres) from the coast.

I am claiming that what is today Anti-Corrosive Special Paint for Q.I.T, Tranteel Blue, White Enamel (Q.A.D) is as a result of the above innovation.

Description:
Anti-Corrosive Special Paint for Q.LT (Tranteel Blue, White Enamel Q.A.D)

Specification

Anti-Corrosive Special Paint for Q.I.T, (Tranteel Blue, White Enamel Q.A.D)

Invented by Prof. Clement John Adiamiko Uwemedimo, Chairman / Chief Executive, Comandclem (Nig) Limited and Comandclem (UK) Limited.

The following Applicants, Comandclem (UK) Limited, Comandclem (Nig) Limited And the Inventor, Prof. Clement J.A Uwemedimo hereby declare the invention for which the patent may be granted as follows:

• The present invention relates to the controlling of corrosion in the oil producing areas, this is as a result of high concentration of salt in the Atlantic Ocean specifically around Ibeno and the high seas of Akwa Ibom State of Nigeria.

• The Chemical formulas which undergoes regular improvement to check immunities caused by whether conditions and time i.e composed of several chemicals

• The chemicals includes ketone formula which include:

Methl Ethyl Ketone

Methyl Isobutyl Ketone

Diacetone Alcohol

Ethanol (Denatured)

Isopropyl Alcohol

Secondary Butyl Alcohol

Tertiary Butyl Alcohol

Methyl Isobutyl Cabinol

Oxitol

Isopropyl Oxitol

Butyl Dioxitol

Trioxitol

Glycd Ether Esters Used are:

Methyl Oxitol Acetate

Hydrocarbon Solvents

4. Due to the frequent rainfall which makes it impossible for the paints to stick on the exposed wall, pipes, cars, etc especially on such structure as steel. The chemical are mixed up with white spirit and such thinners as epoxy which remains as ethrol and rubber chemicals to help dry very quickly by air.

5. Forums sufficient coating which helps as an insulator protecting the steel structure from direct contact with the salt water. These by several testing and improvement and regular checks forms a sufficient protection to these structures. These are the mixtures to give it a high quality which are also being used for the production of enamel high quality product paints: all of the above are based on its ability to withstand the whether conditions, e.g the heavy rain fall and high salt concentration.

6. The help SBP Spirits such as White Spirits (Low Aromatics) White Spirits (Aromatic Free), (Shellsol TD are added to Alkylene oxides to give a highest and different textures which no other paint has carried. The Paint Anti Corrosive Agent Fact - Mobil Special is named after the first oil company which started to use the above paint to protect their structures.

7. Treatment: How to Use the Paint

The Solvent most commonly used for cleaning of steel structure before applying this paint are: White Spirit, Coal Tar, Naphta, Toluene, Xylene, Trichlorethlene,

Perchlorethylene, Methylene Dichcloride

8. All Solvents constitute a toxic hazard and adequate ventilation is necessary when they are employed in confined spaces. Safe working conditions should also be established since fire and explosion are inherent with many of the solvents used in this form of clearing. The extent of mixture of a given paint generally depends on

(a) The tonnage mixed and blended for a particular use

(b) The use and its resistance when used in a particular area and applied on a particular structure.

The above formula undergoes regular checks and improvement from time to time to ensure if there is any corrosion or failure of any kind, the accident of oil spillage may occur.
