Abstract:
An anticancer composition containing a compound represented by general formula (I) or a pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salt thereof. In formula (I), R?10¿ and R?20¿ may be the same or different from each other and each represents hydrogen, halogen, amino, aralkylamino, nitro, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, lower alkoxyalkoxy, lower aralkyloxy or acyl; R?30¿ and R?40¿ may be the same or different from each other and each represents hydrogen, nicotinoyl, benzoyl or lower alkoxy; and n represents 0 or 1.
