Abstract:

Provided is an anticorrosion-treated metallic member in which the performance of a thin protective coating film formed on a zinc layer having a sacrifical protection effect can be improved to reduce the deterioration in appearance due to the occurrence of partial defects in the coating film, and the sacrifical protection effect of zinc can be exhibited more effectively than ever before to achieve excellent anti-corrosion performance particularly against red rust. An anticorrosion-treated metallic member 1 according to the present invention is provided with a metallic member 2 having a predetermined shape, a zinc composite film 3 formed on the surface of the metallic member, and a coating film 4 formed by applying and drying a coating paint on the zinc composite film. The coating paint contains a coating base material containing an organic solvent and a resin material 41 dissolved in the organic solvent, and also contains an extender pigment 43 and an anti-corrosive pigment 42 both dispersed and held in the coating base material. The anti-corrosive pigment contains aluminum flakes 40 which do not undergo a leafing processing.
