Abstract:
Disclosed is an effective charge/discharge control technology capable of improving the lifespan of a battery. The battery comprises: a memory unit for storing a reference voltage for the battery; a measurement unit configured to measure a voltage of the battery during charging or discharging of the battery; and a processor configured to compare the measured voltage with the reference voltage during charging or discharging of the battery, and to change a charging C-rate or a discharging C-rate of the battery when the measured voltage corresponds to the reference voltage.
