Abstract:
An apparatus and method for forming a stamping matrix having an antistatic composite foaming grid spacer. The apparatus comprises: a rigid plastic sheet (1); a cross-textured embossing roller (2); a foaming mold (3); an antistatic film press-fit forming roller (8); and a plate cutting machine (9). All the components are sequentially arranged in a vertical or horizontal direction according to the foregoing order. A foaming mold cavity (5) is disposed inside the foaming mold (3). The cross-textured embossing roller (2) is disposed at one side of the foaming mold (3). The apparatus has a simple structure, relatively high efficiency and simple operation steps, and can be used easily. After a user has inserted the prepared rigid plastic sheet (1) into the cross-textured embossing roller (2), the apparatus automatically performs the rest of the steps to manufacture a stamping matrix with acceptable quality.
