Abstract:
Disclosed are an apparatus and method for inspecting a camera module. This apparatus for inspecting a camera module comprises: an input/output unit that receives an image data signal output from a camera module; and a control unit that, when an image data signal is output in a low power (LP) mode, measures a voltage of the image data signal, and determines whether the camera module outputting the image data signal is defective by comparing the measured voltage with a preset criterion.
