Abstract:
A system of the present invention includes a user terminal; several collaboration enterprise servers having shopping mall sites on the internet; a management enterprise server having goods list database capable of being approached by the internet, several management servers for managing shopping mall site of each collaboration company servers, and several payment servers supplying with the function of cash transfer relating to the each collaboration enterprise server and the function of card payment execution capable of paying an user's card in the name of the collaboration enterprise; a delivery agency server for performing information related to the delivery transferred by the management enterprise server. The user (customer) is capable of accessing a shopping mall provided by the collaboration enterprise using the user terminal device, selecting at least one in the goods list Data Base of the management enterprise server and applying goods transaction. When the user pay for the purchased goods through the payment server of the management enterprise server, the payment server of the management enterprise server totalize the lists of goods which the user applied to purchase, transmit goods list purchased by the user to the delivery agency server and deliver the goods.

[TITLE OF INVENTION] Apparatus and method for internet commerce [TECHNICAL FIELD] The present invention relates to an internet commerce, and more particularly to the internet commerce system and method for shopping mall.

BACKGROUND ART] If the basic system is not completely equipped with goods list, business- connected firm management, order management, deposit management, sending and CS management and the like to establish a shopping mall over the internet, a shopping mall is not managed smoothly, and accordingly, the development of system for the smooth management of a shopping mall is additionally required.

Shopping malls are largely divided to two groups. One group is prepared with the basic system, and the other makes management for goods list, payment, delivery and the like execute in a substitutive system.

But, suppliers providing shopping malls with the substitutive system have not directly managed the profit for goods selling and have gotten only a part of the profit for selling from the substitutive system.

Shopping malls with the basic system have an advantage on having the direct profit from goods sales. But, these shopping malls have the disadvantage that they cannot be easily approached because general enterprises wishing to introduce internet commerce have to provide the combination system equipped with goods list, payment, delivery and the like.

And they also have the problem that suppliers of goods independently have to enroll goods on each shopping mall because they do not share their goods with goods of other shopping mall and hold goods list independently.

And also, the independent shopping malls independently equipped with goods list database (DB), delivery and payment system have the separated goods list database, and accordingly, it is not easy that they collaborate events such as joint purchase, limited sale and bargain priced sale with other sites. Therefore, they have the low effect on synergy of internet commerce.

[DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION] It is, therefore, an object of the present invention to provide a system and method for internet commerce for an enterprise wishing to introduce internet commerce capable of facilitating its management.

It is a further object of the invention to provide a system and method for internet commerce for the enterprise capable of directly getting the profit for goods sales.

It is another object of the invention to provide a system and method that can enhance synergy effects between one internet commerce and the other.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION j To achieve the above objects, a system of the present invention includes a user terminal device for a user capable of connecting an internet site; several collaboration enterprise severs having shopping mall sites on the internet ; a management enterprise server having goods list database capable of being approached by the internet, several management servers for managing shopping mall site of each collaboration company servers, and several payment servers supplying with the function of cash transfer relating to the each collaboration enterprise server and the function of card payment execution capable of paying an user's card in the name of the collaboration enterprise; a delivery agency server for performing information related to the delivery transferred by the management enterprise server.

The user (customer) is capable of accessing a shopping mall provided by the collaboration enterprise using the user terminal device, selecting at least one in the goods list Data Base of the management enterprise server and applying goods transaction. When the user pay for the purchased goods through the payment server of the management enterprise server, the payment server of the management enterprise server totalize the lists of goods which the user applied to purchase, transmit goods list purchased by the user to the delivery agency server and deliver the goods.

It is desirable for the management enterprise server to perform information management of return or exchange, refund and the like as well as delivery.

When the management enterprise server of the present invention displays a specific web page with information of selling or purchase of specific goods on a shopping mall site of each collaboration enterprise server, a user accesses to the shopping mall site provided by the collaboration enterprise server through the user

terminal device and select the specific web page provided by the management enterprise server, and information of the selected specific web page is transferred from the each collaboration enterprise into the management server and is totalized.

The specific web page contains information of joint purchase, limited sale and bargain priced sale and the like, and events being in progress in a specific collaboration enterprise can be simultaneously in progress in shopping mall sites of other collaboration enterprises.

[BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS] Fig. 1 is a block diagram showing the apparatus of the present invention.

Fig. 2 is a flowchart showing an example for the apparatus of the present invention to be applied.

Fig. 3 is a flowchart showing other example for the apparatus of the present invention to be applied.

[BEST MODE FOR CARRING OUT THE INVENTION] The following Examples are provided in order to illustrate some aspects of the present invention. However, the present invention is not limited to them.

[Example 1] Fig. 1 is a block diagram showing the constitution of whole system in internet commerce according to the present invention.

The present invention includes the following device and servers:

(a) A user terminal device (100) for a user capable of connecting an internet site; (b) Several collaboration enterprise servers (200) having shopping mall sites (210) on the internet; (c) A management enterprise server (300) having goods list database (DB) (310) capable of being approached through the internet, several management servers (320) for managing shopping mall site of each server of the collaboration companies, and several payment servers (330) for performing payment in a shopping mall of a specific collaboration enterprise; (d) A delivery agency server (400) for performing information related to the delivery of selected goods.

The user terminal device (100) is a terminal device to support wire or wireless internet communications, and includes a variety of method capable for approaching to internets as well as general computers. The system according to the present invention has a user interface, a web browser program, to support for a user to access the shopping mall organized by a collaboration enterprise, to order purchase of goods and to deal with the information of payment. The collaboration enterprise server (200) has a independent shopping mall, but the substantial contents operated in a shopping mall (210) is entirely achieved by the management server (320), goods list database (310) and payment server (330) in the management enterprise server (300).

That is, all of goods list displayed in the shopping mall site (210) is the contents stored in the goods list database (310) of the management enterprise server (300), and all of web pages in the shopping site (210) are controlled by the management server (320) of the management enterprise server (300).

Although the collaboration enterprise server (200) gets purchase order for goods from the user terminal device (100) through its shopping mall site (210), and substantial order get accomplished in the management server (320) of the management enterprise server (300). And also, in a case of getting order of goods, the management server (320) get operated the payment server (330) of the corresponding collaboration enterprise and get transmitted the related web page to the web browser of the user terminal device.

In the case of getting order of goods which was selected at least one of goods stored in goods list database (310) of the management enterprise server (300) displayed in the shopping site (210) through the user terminal device (100), the management server (320) get linked the payment server (330) to the collaboration enterprise server (200) and transmit payment-related web page to a web browser of the user terminal device (100).

Payment method performed in the payment server (330) can use the general methods including card, electronic money and cash transfer, and it is the point of the present invention that all of payment is accomplished in the name of the collaboration enterprise server (300). The payment server (330) has VAN connection function capable of dealing with purchase order for goods in the name of the collaboration enterprise server (200) and bankbook-related information of the collaboration enterprise server (200). At this point, in a case of paying with a card, payment would be accomplished by the confirmation of VAN Company, and in a case of paying in cash, the collaboration enterprise server (200) confirm deposit and transmit the confirmation signal of deposit to the payment server (330) of the management enterprise. This method is possible that a manager of the collaboration enterprise

server (200) in the payment-related web page add the function to check the deposit.

Namely, both of selling and deposit can be simultaneously confirmed by being given both of identification (ID) and path word capable for the collaboration enterprise to access a ftp server of each corresponding payment server (330), and payment in cash is confirmed by checking the deposit by a purchaser in the collaboration enterprise.

Information of the user terminal device (100) and lists of goods being paid in the payment server (330) is totalized in the management server (320) and is transmitted to the delivery agency server (400) in the form of delivery-related information.

The management enterprise server has the goods list database being prepared by contracting in advance with suppliers providing substantial goods. It is more desirable that delivery agencies take care of delivering goods through a server.

Because the goods list database of management enterprise server is shared with shopping sites of each collaboration enterprise by network through each management server, it can be supported for system to provide joint purchase, limited sale, bargain priced sale and the like in coordination with each collaboration enterprise. And it is possible to manage the cooperation event because purchase information of each shopping site through the user terminal device is totalized in each management sever.

On the other hand, a manager of the management enterprise sever has to make a contract with a manager of the collaboration enterprise sever in advance before internet commerce of the present invention is executed. Accordingly, the present invention includes the following preparative steps: a proxy contract step between a manager of the management enterprise sever (hereinafter also referred to as

the management enterprise) and a manager of the collaboration enterprise sever (hereafter also referred to as the collaboration enterprise), a step to design screens of shopping malls provided on the internet and a step to establish shopping malls. These three steps are managed under the corresponding management sever to each management enterprise sever.

Here, the above contract contain that the charge for goods is paid in the name of the collaboration enterprise and part of the paid charge is provided to the management enterprise. This means that the charge for goods is the direct selling for the collaboration enterprise and is the indirect selling for the intermediate agent.

The management enterprise gets established system for internet commerce as above described after finishing the preparative steps.

Fig. 2 is a flowchart showing the working process of system for internet commerce of the present invention.

At the first, a user access to a shopping mall site of a collaboration enterprise through a user terminal device (S10). Next, a user order the purchase for at least one selected from goods list database of management enterprise server that is displayed in the shopping mall site (S20).

A management server getting purchase order operates a payment sever with a payment-related web page and then transmit a payment web page in the name of the collaboration enterprise having the corresponding shopping mall site to the web browser of the user terminal device (S30).

The payment-related web page has function of card payment and cash payment, and can additionally have the function to deal with electronic money.

The payment with a card is accomplished by connecting the corresponding collaboration enterprise to VAN company in the name of the collaboration enterprise, and when the payment is made in cash the payment is accomplished by transferring cash to a bankbook in the name of the collaboration enterprise.

When the charge is transferred by the cash payment, the corresponding collaboration enterprise inform to the management enterprise that the charge is paid in a cash through the payment-related web page with the maintenance of security.

The payment is made in the payment server in the above described method (S40), the management sever transmit the delivery agency the information of goods, address to be delivered, purchaser and the like (S50).

When the user demand returns, exchanges or refunds for the goods being delivered, the management sever receive this demand of the user and inform the delivery agency to deal with returns or exchanges for goods.

[Example 2] Fig. 3 is the second example of the present invention and shows a working process of internet commerce system to operate joint events in internet commerce system.

As described above, because the goods list database stored in the intermediate agent sever is shared through network, it is possible to be supported that events of joint purchase, limited sale, bargain sale and the like make process with the cooperation of each collaboration enterprise.

This system can make the supply price of goods down by storing goods in large quantities. As a result, this system has the effects on giving purchasers goods in the low price.

At first, the management enterprise enroll goods for events in goods list database (S110) and then make its corresponding management server display the goods for events in the shopping mall site of each collaboration enterprise server (S120).

If a user access the shopping mall site provided by the collaboration enterprise server through the user terminal device, order the purchase of event goods and make a payment, the corresponding management server calculate a subtotal for event goods ordered in each collaboration enterprise, and the management enterprise server or separated events-related server compute the total for the calculated goods and amount of goods (S140).

A process for delivery, returns and the like is the same to the process described in Fig. 2.

[Example 3] The following is the third example of the present invention, there can be a system for internet commerce which can connect a event operated in a specific web site to other web sites. This system help proceed the event provided in a specific collaboration enterprise with other agents, and this system is one of applied methods in the system of internet commerce according to the present invention.

The management enterprise can operate the event for goods in which a specific collaboration enterprise is interested in the way showed in Fig. 3.

Accordingly, this system have a merit capable for members of other web sites as well as the specific collaboration enterprise to attend the event operated in the specific collaboration enterprise.

[INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY] The present invention relates to the direct selling of collaboration enterprises on internet commerce, connected collaboration enterprises take advantages of easily applying or operating a variety of promotions including joint purchase, limited sale, bargain sale and the like on the online.

And also, because the connected collaboration enterprises have the independent payment system individually, the payment system can be concentrated by connecting the event operated in a specific agent to all delivery agents linked to the management enterprise. Accordingly, the present invention has a merit capable of having the maximum effect on the selling comparing for the specific agent to independently operate the event.

And also, since a large number of users can attend a cooperation event at a time, customers can purchase goods in lower price.

And also, since the management enterprise manage the shopping mall sites of a large number of collaboration enterprise severs, it is possible to concentrate the control for card commission or delivery fee that is one of causes rising cost of goods in internet commerce. Accordingly, this induces sale prices for goods to reduce and customers can buy goods at a cheap price.

Price for specific goods can be easily amended according to the situation of a specific agent of the connected collaboration enterprises. As a result, amount of goods list database can be increased with a great variety of goods, contents exchange and information offer among the connected collaboration enterprises can be effectively maximized through network.
