Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for supplying and taking out a carbide insert coating tower that supplies a shaft to or recovers a shaft from equipment for loading a carbide insert onto a shaft for PVD coating or unloading a carbide insert after PVD coating from the shaft. The apparatus for supplying and taking out a carbide insert coating tower for PVD coating comprises: a rotation unit configured to rotate by having coating towers mounted side by side on the outer periphery thereof; a vision unit positioned on one side of the rotation unit and configured to capture images in order to accurately mount and dismount shafts of the coating towers; and a transfer unit configured to transfer the shafts to a position for mounting/dismounting same on/from the coating towers, or transfer the shafts to main equipment at the working position. Accordingly, it is possible to increase work efficiency and produce price-competitive products by supplying the shafts with carbide inserts inserted therein in the main equipment or aligning, at the working position, a carbide insert coating tower that takes out the carbide inserts to the main equipment after PVD coating is completed.
