Abstract:
Provided is an application of a fusion protein in treating age-related macular degeneration. Specifically, provided is an application of a bispecific fusion protein that inhibits activation of a complement pathway and a vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) pathway, in treating age-related macular degeneration. Also provided are a pharmaceutical composition containing the fusion protein and a method for treating age-related macular degeneration by using said fusion protein.
