Abstract:
The present invention relates to an aptamer that specifically binds to cancer stem cells. An aptamer according to the present invention specifically binds to cancer stem cells and reduces cell adhesion, cell proliferation, anti-cancer agent resistance and cell migration, which are characteristics of cancer stem cells, thus having excellent anti-cancer effects. Therefore, the aptamer can be used in various ways in the fields of cancer diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment.
