Abstract:
An array substrate and a display panel. A first metal layer (102) forming a start voltage pulse line (2022) serves as a first electrode plate, and a second metal layer (106) connected to a peripheral common electrode line (2021) serves as a second electrode plate, so as to form a capacitor, thereby achieving the purpose of electro-static protection. By changing an original winding design of the start voltage pulse line (2022) into a grid-shaped design, the accumulated charges accumulated in the start voltage pulse line (2022) are effectively eliminated, and thus the probability of electro-static discharge of the start voltage pulse line (2022) is reduced.
