Abstract:
The present application provides an array substrate and a display panel. The array substrate comprises: a base; an active layer located on one side of the base and comprising a first active portion and a second active portion; and a first insulating layer located on the side of the active layer distant from the base and covering the active layer. A first opening is formed in the first active portion, and the first opening exposes the first insulating layer. The present application achieves the integration of a pixel driving element and a photosensitive element on the array substrate, and improves a photosensitive effect of the photosensitive element.
