The present invention provides an array substrate and a driving method therefor, and a display device. The array substrate comprises a display region and a peripheral region surrounding the display region. The display region comprises a plurality of gate lines extending in a first direction and a plurality of data lines extending in a second direction; the first direction intersects the second direction. The peripheral region comprises a source driver located at the side of the peripheral region in the second direction. The display region comprises an opening, a first display region located at the side of the opening distant from a source driver chip, and a second display region adjacent to the first display region in the first direction. The data lines located in the first display region have one-to-one correspondence to the data lines located in the second display region, and the gate lines in the first display region are disconnected from the gate lines in the second display region.
