Disclosed in some embodiments of the present application are an audio signal processing method and apparatus, and a device and a storage medium. In the present invention, when detecting, during the processing of an audio signal, that there is a voice signal in a bone conduction signal, a hearing aid assumes that a wearer is speaking. In this case, the audio signal needs to be processed by using a pre-set amplifier gain. Since the pre-set amplifier gain is less than an amplifier gain in a normal operating state, a change in the sound volume and the timbre due to the fact that the hearing aid amplifies the sound of the wearer's own speech can be prevented, such that the hearing aid wearer has the same subjective feeling of his/her own speech sound both before and after wearing the hearing aid, thereby improving the wearing experience of the hearing aid wearer.
