Abstract:
This austenite-based Ni-Cr-Fe alloy has a component composition containing, in mass%, 0.01-0.10% of C, 0.02-0.45% of Si, 0.10-0.85% of Mn, not more than 0.015% of P, not more than 0.0015% of S, 13.0-18.0% of Cr, 5.0-11.0% of Fe, not more than 0.6% of Mo, not more than 0.5% of Cu, not more than 0.005% of B, 0.01-0.3% of Al, 0.01-0.3% of Ti, not more than 1.00% of Co, not more than 1.00% of Nb, not more than 0.05% of Ta, not more than 0.01% of N, 0.0002-0.0040% of O, not more than 0.002% of Ca, and a total weight of 0.001-0.010% of one or more among La, Ce, and Y which are rare-earth elements (REMs), the remaining portion being Ni and unavoidable impurities.
