Abstract:
The present application relates to an automated stem cell detection method and system, and a terminal and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring cell images, and generating a cell image training set; inputting the cell image training set into a deep learning model to perform first-round model training, and outputting a first-round cell prediction result of the cell image training set by means of the deep learning model; updating initial cell markers of the cell images according to the cell prediction result, and performing cell tracking on the cell images according to the updated cell markers, so as to obtain cell tracking results; updating an initial training label of the cell image training set according to the cell tracking results, and inputting the updated cell image training set into the deep learning model to perform iterative training, so as to obtain a trained cell detection model. By means of the embodiments of the present application, manual labeling is not required, and the training process is simple, thereby achieving relatively good performance, significantly reducing the training cost, and improving the training efficiency.
