Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to obtain an automated train operation system with which it is possible to correctly stop a train at a target stop location without diminishing the ride comfort despite the use of a discrete system as the control system. This automated train operation system is provided with: a relative distance measurement device for acquiring relative distance information of a train with respect to a stop location in a station, and outputting average distance information, which is the average value of the relative distance; and a brake control device 1000, wherein the brake control device 1000 is provided with a sensor information holding unit 104 for holding and outputting speed information and location information detected by sensors, a correction level computing unit 201 for computing and outputting a command value correction level 22, and a command planning unit 1001 for computing a speed reduction command on the basis of the command value correction level 22 and sensor information 14.
