Abstract:
A method for automatically identifying exhibition visitors is provided. (1) Firstly, when exhibition clients and visitors arrive at an exhibition hall for entry, information of the visitors is collected by scanning business cards of the visitors or inquiring the visitors directly; when a visitor badge or a visit card is printed, the information of the visitor is encoded into a two-dimensional bar code and printed on a blank area of the badge or visit card, for example, the badge or visit card containing an IC radio-frequency card or a RFID chip is provided to the exhibition client and visitor upon identify and communication information of the exhibition client and visitor is written. (2) Each exhibitor arranges a two-dimensional bar code reader or an IC radio-frequency card reader or an RFID chip reader in exhibition space, when the visitor visits the exhibition space of the exhibitor, the exhibitor reads the visitor badge or visit card of the exhibition client and visitor by the two-dimensional bar code reader or IC radio-frequency card reader or RFID chip reader so that the information of the visitor is acquired quickly.
