Description:
AN AUTOMATIC MACHINE COOKING TURKISH COFFEE

TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention relates to a machine that automatically makes Turkish coffee in the cooking reservoir. The invention is based on contact-free infrared temperature measuring method technology and includes a sensor placed on the ceiling, base and side of the main body reservoir.

STATE OF ART

The most preferred and beloved feature of Turkish coffee is its foam and a non- foamy Turkish coffee means the experience for the one drinking it will not be enjoyable. Turkish coffee needs to be cooked without boiling over so as to have the desired foam. Nowadays, many types of automatic coffee machines have been developed and being used to make Turkish coffee this way without boiling over.

Many types of methods are used in the commercially available Turkish coffee cooking machines. In a method among these, the temperature of the mixture in the cooking reservoir (coffee pot) is measured by steam temperature measurement technique from the above using Ntc. Measurements carried out by steam temperature measurement technique from the above using NTC are adversely affected by air currents in the environment. Temperature fluctuations in areas with air movement cause incorrect detection and cooking. Another method is measuring the temperature by contacting the mixture with the NTC positioned on the base or side, or by detecting the base temperature. The methods of measuring by direct contact with the mixture or the coffee pot base are costly and have a complex production process. In the case of cooking by contacting the interior of the mixture or by detecting the base temperature, the cost and the production difficulty of the units to be built for the transfer of the measurement data to the control part in the main body present a drawback. However, in the present invention, the contact-free infrared temperature measuring method allows the measurement of the correct temperature of the coffee mixture without being affected by the air currents in the environment.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a Turkish coffee cooking machine to eliminate the aforementioned disadvantages and provide new advantages to the relevant technical field.

An object of the invention is to provide the measurement of the correct temperature of the coffee mixture without being affected by the air currents in the environment using a contact-free infrared temperature measuring method. In this way, it is ensured that the temperature required for the coffee to be cooked in the desired way is created and the power cut off following the cooking process, therefore preventing the boiling over.

Another object of the invention is to provide an adaptable machine for the boiling over and cooking control of beverages that bubble when heated such as cappuccino, espresso, and milk.

Drawings

Embodiments of the present invention briefly summarized above and discussed in more detail below can be understood by reference to the exemplary embodiments described in the accompanying drawings. It should be noted, however, that the accompanying drawings only illustrate the typical embodiments of the present invention and therefore, they will are not intended to limit the scope of the invention, since it may allow other equally effective embodiments.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In this detailed description, preferred alternatives of the Turkish coffee machine embodiment of the invention are described only for a better understanding of the subject and without any limiting effect.

The invention is characterized in that the temperature of the material in the coffee pot 1 shown in Figure 1 is prevented from boiling over by the contact-free IR thermometer sensor shown in Figure 3.

The coffee pot 1 of the invention shown in Figure 1 is the part where the coffee and water mixture is located.

The body 2 shown in Figure 2 is the main part in which the coffee pot 1 is placed, containing the contact-free IR thermometer sensor 3 and the control card 4, where the cooking process is controlled and performed. The contact-free IR thermometer sensor 3 is an electronic circuit element for contact-free measurement of the temperature of the mixture in the coffee pot 1. As shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3, the coffee pot 1 can be positioned so that see the mixture in it from the top or so that measurement can be performed from the side walls or base of the coffee pot. The control card 4 section of the invention is a structure consisting of an AC-DC converter and a microcontroller that drives the power section and the control part, which provides the operating voltage and current of the control part, and is equipped with electronic and electromechanical switching circuit elements to switch on or off the heater. The machine of the invention has a start button 5 for the user to control of the start and stop functions.

With a sensor (3), which is preferably located in the inner upper part of the body (2) and which is capable of contact-free temperature measurement, the surface temperature information of the coffee-water mixture in the coffee pot 1 , is received by means of a microcontroller located in the control card 4. Thus, the temperature of the mixture is continuously monitored and evaluated during the cooking process of the coffee. During the evaluation stage, the temperature change of the coffee-water mixture in a unit time and whether the ideal coffee temperature cut value has been reached is controlled to decide the completion of the cooking process and the control card 3 switches the power of the heater on and off by an electronic or electromechanical switching element. The contact-free IR thermometer sensor 3 can also be positioned to face the side walls or base of the coffee pot 1 and the same method can be applied.

The invention is an automatic machine that is based on the principle that the surface temperature information of the coffee or coffee pot 1 is correctly taken by a contact-free IR thermometer sensor 3 and evaluated by the control board 4, and that starts and stops the heater by the control card 4, thus performing the ideal coffee cooking process.
