Abstract:
An automatic powder returning device and a powder spreading machine comprising the same. The automatic powder returning device comprises a fan (37) and a material collection assembly (30). The material collection assembly (30) comprises a hopper (31) for collecting powder (60), and an air chamber (32). A separation device (20) for separating air and powder (60) is provided between the air chamber (32) and the fan (37). The air chamber (32) is communicated with an air inlet of the separation device (20) through a powder returning pipe (34). An exhaust of the separation device (20) is communicated with an air inlet of the fan (37) through an air suction pipe (35). One side of the air chamber (32) is provided with an anti-blocking valve (40). The anti-blocking valve (40) comprises a hollow valve body (41), and the valve body (41) is internally provided with a valve core (43). One end of the valve core (43) is provided with a stopper (42), and the other end of the valve core (43) is provided with a valve hole (41a) in communication with the air chamber (32). A stopper air hole (42a) is provided at the center of the stopper (42). The valve core (43) is provided with a valve core air hole (43a). The automatic powder returning device uses the wind pressure of the fan as power to recover powder, and has the advantages of high automation level and blockage prevention.
