Abstract:
An automatically exchangeable screen mechanism device for a light-curing 3D printer, comprising a resin tank (1) and a work table (2) mounted on the resin tank (1), and further comprising a screen mechanism comprising a screen exchange assembly and a sliding assembly. The screen exchange assembly is mounted on the sliding assembly and achieves exchange of a screen (12) by means of the sliding assembly; the sliding assembly comprises at least one guide rail assembly at any angle; the screen exchange assembly comprises at least two adjacent movable screen devices; the movable screen devices achieve front and back, left and right, or an arbitrary angle of position exchange by means of the guide rail assembly. The automatically exchangeable screen mechanism device avoids the defects of manual screen exchange and much time and labor consumption, and thus improves the production efficiency.
