Abstract:
Provided is a automobile steering wheel cover that can easily be installed even by women, and resists slipping and coming off once installed. Specifically, the present invention is an automobile steering wheel cover for installation on a steering wheel (H) of an automobile, the cover being characterized in that: the automobile steering wheel cover is a hollow member having a substantially annular shape as seen in front view, a slit (12) that links a steering wheel accommodating section (14), constituted by an interior space of the automobile steering wheel cover, with the exterior thereof, and by which the cover can be installed on or removed from the steering wheel (H), being formed around the entire inner circumferenctial surface thereof; a cutout (18), that has been cut in a range extending from a starting point (S) positioned past the three o'clock direction and through the six o'clock direction to an end point (T) positioned before the nine o'clock direction, is formed in one opening edge (16a) out of a pair of opening edges (16a), (16b) facing the slit (12); and the start point and end point sections of the cutout (18) being formed as slanted sides (20a), (20b).
