Abstract:
An automotive trim, comprising: a trim main body part (1A) and an optical filtering window part (1B). The optical filtering window part (1B) can be used for transmitting light of a preset wave band and filtering light of other wave bands; when a lidar (2) is integrated on the inner side of the automotive trim, the optical filtering window part (1B) directly faces the lidar (2); the optical filtering window part (1B) and the trim main body part (1A) are integrally formed by insert molding, and the optical filtering window part (1B) is seamlessly embedded in the trim main body part (1A); the material of the trim main body part (1A) is opaque plastic; the optical filtering window part (1B) comprises optical filtering substrates (10), hardened layers (11), and anti-reflection layers (12); the hardened layers (11) cover the optical filtering substrates (10), and the anti-reflection layers (12) cover the hardened layers (11); the material of the optical filtering substrates (10) is optical filtering plastic; the light of the preset wave band can sequentially pass through the optical filtering substrates (10), the hardened layers (11), and the anti-reflection layers (12) from outside to inside, and can sequentially pass through the anti-reflection layers (12), the hardened layers (11), and the optical filtering substrates (10) from inside to outside. The automotive trim meets optical filtering requirements, and is low in cost. The present invention further comprises a manufacturing method for an automotive trim, and an automotive trim.
