Description:
AUXILIARY UNIT FOR LINEAR OPERATION OF STATIONARY OR PORTABLE CUTTING DRILLING ELECTRICAL MACHINES

Technical Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to the product of the unit and the method of use which assists in the linear operation of the stationary portable drilling and cutting machines, which will assist in the linear and angular operation of all kinds of drilling and cutting tools that are stationary and portable; will conduct measurements and calculations such as depth, length, distance, speed of revolution, direction of revolution and ambient temperature; will assist in the exact marking of the point to be drilled, cut or excavated without any auxiliary tools or materials; will digitally show the depth of the hole drilled for the hole drilling process; will show how far it shifts from the point marked when cutting, drilling or excavating on all axes and will also act as a compass and water balance when necessary.

State of the art

The drilling and digging tools (usually hand-held devices) produced by the present technique do not show the depth of the hole or the tools in more primitive forms should be used to measure the depth mechanically.

In order to conduct these measurements in the existing systems, it is necessary to interrupt the process and to continue the process by conducting the measurements. During the manual measurement, the operation is disrupted and errors between the two measurements cause irreparable damages.

There is no automated system in the market to determine how far you are sliding from the axis you set or to determine the value of your angle if you are working at an angle and to maintain these angles.

As a result, the existence of the above problems and the inadequacy of the existing solutions necessitated an improvement in the relevant technical field.

Purpose of the invention

The present invention relates to the product of the unit and the method of use which assists in the linear operation of stationary portable drilling machines, which eliminate the disadvantages mentioned above and bring new advantages to the relevant technical field.

The main purpose of the invention is to ensure that all kinds of stationary and portable drilling and cutting tools can perform drilling and cutting actions at predetermined angles, depths or axes without errors and without disruption in operations. The present invention is intended to ensure that distance, direction and axis shifts are instantaneously visible and correctable.

With this invention, it will be possible to see how much progress has been made instantly without interrupting the study; if it is necessary to drill, cut or excavate at a straight or specific angle, how much deviation from the values determined by the indicator on the invention will be seen instantly visually and audibly by the user.

Description of the invention

The error rate is very low as these data are seen instantly with this invention. For example, when it is necessary to drill a hole, this measurement can be conducted by drilling the hole with the existing tools and then inserting a measuring instrument into the hole or by connecting a mechanical measuring instrument to the device where you drill. The problem here is that there is a very high probability of perforation in excess of the desired length due to the splitting of the process or any factor. Thanks to the sensor of the invention, the depth of the hole can be seen instantaneously.

If desired, a contact can also be given to the motor to stop the drill. For example, the ability to secure existing devices while drilling or cutting is limited. With the help of the sensor of the invention, the amount of drift from all axes can be seen instantaneously. If desired, a stop can be provided to prevent cutting or drilling above the specified tolerances.

Detailed Description of the Invention

This detailed description describes the product of the unit assisting in the linear operation of stationary portable drilling machines and the preferred alternatives of the method of use in a way that will not have any restrictive effect and in regard to better understanding of the issue.

Figures 1 and 2 give an overview of the product of the unit which assists in the linear operation of stationary portable drilling machines subject to the invention. Accordingly, the auxiliary unit consists of a display (1) for displaying all measurements, an orientation sensor

(2) providing information such as direction, acceleration, rotation and magnetic axis, a distance sensor (3) providing the data required for distance measurement, a microprocessor (4) processing and making ready for use all the data received from the sensors, and an external enclosure (5) for holding all components together.

The auxiliary unit as a whole is attached to the cutting tool from a part of the outer case (5) appropriately. It is ensured that the auxiliary unit operates as a single body with the tool on which it is mounted by conducting calibration adjustments and performs the measurements accurately and precisely.

Calibration settings are made by adjusting the orientation sensor (2) and the distance sensor

(3) with the end of the cutter tool.

The data received from the sensors 2 and 3 during the cutting and drilling operations are transmitted to the home screen 1 via the microprocessor 4, which processes and makes ready for use all the data. The user continues the operation according to the data received from the screen (1), predicts the errors and makes the necessary arrangements in the operation before the error arises.

After all calculations conduct on screen (1), all desired data such as distance, direction, speed of revolution, axis information are displayed through this screen. The orientation sensor (2) provides instantaneous axis shifts, acceleration information for each axis and magnetic polarity information. Thanks to this data, data such as axis shifts, angle information, compass information, Euler and Quaternion angles can be obtained.

The distance sensor provides data for the necessary calculations by obtaining distance information with one or more laser, infrared, ultrasonic features. The microprocessor is the part where all calculations are made and transferred to the screen (1).
