Abstract:
A backplane (100) and an LED panel. The backplane (100) comprises a driving substrate (11), a buffer layer (12) and a reflective layer (13), wherein the buffer layer (12) is provided on the driving substrate (11); and the reflective layer (13) is provided on the buffer layer (12). By providing the buffer layer (12) on the driving substrate (11), the effect of protecting the driving substrate (11) is thus achieved during a silk-printing process of the reflective layer (13).
