A bank account automatic adjustment system appropriate for payoff countermeasure. A specified balance of an account estalblished in one banking establishment is subtracted from the balance of the account so as to calculate the surplus sum. A specified balance of an account established in another banking establishment is subtracted from the balance of the account so as to calculate the margin. The surplus is compared to the margin and a transfer price is set to the smaller one. More specifically, when the account includes a checking account, a savings account and a fixed deposit account, the bank account automatic adjustment system further specifies a plus specified balance for each of the checking account, savings account, and fixed deposit account. The bank account automatic adjustment system further specifies a minus specified balance for a loan payable account. Preferably, the bank account automatic adjustment system assures a necessary balance. A necessary balance of an account established in one banking establishment is subtracted from the balance of the account so as to calculate the deficit. A necessary balance of an account established in another banking establishment is subtracted from the balance of the account so as to calculate the excess. The deficit is compared to the excess, and the transfer price is set to the smaller one.
