Abstract:
A batch cutting machine for square tubes comprises a supporting frame (1), a feeding mechanism (2), a rear positioning component (3), a front turnover car component (4), an overturning component (5), a rear turnover car component (6), a front positioning component (7), a metal sawing machine (8), and a pressing mechanism (9); the supporting frame (1) and the feeding mechanism (2) are provided together, and the feeding mechanism (2) is located at the middle position of the supporting frame (1); the front turnover car component (4) and the overturning component (5) are provided at one end of the supporting frame (1), and the overturning component (5) is provided at an inner side of the front turnover car component (4); the metal sawing machine (8) is connected to the end of the supporting frame (1) where the front turnover car component (4) is located; the front positioning component (7) is connected to the metal sawing machine (8); the pressing mechanism (9) is provided on the metal sawing machine (8). The batch cutting machine for square tubes can cut dozens of square tubes at one time and can cut about 200 square tubes in one hour, production efficiency is high, supply quantity of square tubes can be guaranteed, labor costs are saved, and dimensional precision of products is high, so that practical application requirements can be well met.
