Abstract:
A battery data acquisition unit 111 acquires voltage data regarding each parallel cell block of a battery pack in which a plurality of parallel cell blocks are connected together in series, each of the parallel cell blocks including a plurality of cells connected together in parallel. An abnormality detection unit 113 detects abnormality in a parallel cell block of interest on the basis of changes in the voltage of a normal parallel cell block and changes in a voltage difference between the normal parallel cell block and the parallel cell block of interest.
