Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a battery cell, a battery and an electric device. The battery cell comprises: an electrode assembly, which is wound in a winding direction to form a wound structure that has a winding core cavity in the middle thereof; and the battery cell further comprises a gelatinous central column, which fills the winding core cavity and is formed after solidification. The central winding core cavity, which is formed by means of the winding of the electrode assembly is filled with a gel material, and the gel material is solidified to form a gelatinous central column, such that the central column can support the electrode assembly after being solidified and molded, thereby improving deformation resistance of the electrode assembly, and thus reducing the risk of central collapse of the electrode assembly. Moreover, when the electrode assembly is squeezed, the central column can also play a certain role in elastic buffering; and when the electrode assembly expands and is squeezed during charging and discharging, the central column can also adapt to squeezing deformation of the electrode assembly, thereby further improving deformation resistance of the electrode assembly, and thus reducing the risk of central collapse deformation of the electrode assembly and effectively prolonging the service life of the battery cell.
