Abstract:
A battery turn on circuit and a lithium battery, said circuit comprising a communication control module (1), a relay (110), a communication control circuit (120), a switch (130), and a communication connection terminal (2); communication signal terminals of the communication control module (1) are connected to first contacts (B1, B2) of the relay (110); common contacts (D1, D2) of the relay (110) are connected to the communication connection terminal (2); a wire coil (111) of the relay (110) is powered up to control gating of the common contacts (D1, D2) and the first contacts (B1, B2), and powered down to control gating of the common contacts (D1, D2) and second contacts (C1, C2); the communication connection terminal (2) is used for connecting to an upper order machine (3); the switch (130) comprises a first terminal (131), a second terminal (132), and a control terminal (133), a signal of the switch control terminal (133) being able to control connection or disconnection between the first terminal (131) and the second terminal (132); the first terminal (131) of the switch (130) is connected to a power source, and the second terminal (132) of the switch (130) is connected to a power source input terminal (4); after power up of the power source input terminal (4), the wire coil (111) of the relay (110) powers up; signal input terminals (E1, E2) are connected to the second contacts (C1, C2) of the relay (110), and a control signal output terminal (E0) is connected to the control terminal (133) of the switch (130). The present invention achieves the effect of normal turn on and communication after a complete power off.
