Title:
BEARING DEVICE FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/108453
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In the present invention, a simple configuration makes it possible to absorb an axial clearance between a bracket and a boss member by adjustment on-site, and enhances assembly workability of a bearing device for a construction machine. The invention pertains to a bearing device (31) used for a connecting part of a construction machine loaded with an upper turning body (2) on a lower travelling body (1), and a work device (5) mounted onto the upper turning body. The bearing device has: a first member having a boss part; a second member having left and right brackets (17A, 17B) that sandwich the boss part (32) from the left and right sides thereof; a bush (16) that is retained by an inner peripheral side of the boss part; a sealing means (38) that is disposed between the bush and the left and right brackets and that prevents a lubricant medium from leaking out of the bush; a thrust plate (36) inserted between the left and right brackets and the boss part; and a fastening pin (20) that penetrates and is inserted through the left and right brackets and the bush. The thrust plate has an annular shape from which a portion has been cut out, and the angle of a cut-out portion (24) in the circumferential direction is less than 180° at an inner peripheral portion of the thrust plate.
