Abstract:

The present invention relates to the technical field of preparation and fermentation of yogurt beverages. Disclosed are a beverage combined with soybean yogurt and passion fruit and a preparation device thereof. In the present invention, a yogurt beverage is produced from soybeans, passion fruit, sugar, a fermentation agent, cow milk and purified water in a weight ratio of 200 : 125 : 10 : 1 : 500 : 600; an annular through hole is provided at the top of a fermentation box; a drainage plate is fixedly provided at an inner side of the bottom of the annular through hole, and is obliquely arranged at an angle of 30° and towards one side of an inner wall of the fermentation box; a movable assembly is provided inside the fermentation box, a stirring assembly is movably provided on the movable assembly, and a cleaning assembly is provided at one end of the stirring assembly; and the radian of three scraping plates is consistent with the radian of a cross section of the inner wall of the fermentation box, and the three scraping plates are all obliquely arranged and form an included angle of 20° with a horizontal plane. In the present invention, the radian of the three scraping plates is consistent with the radian of a cross section of a fermentation box, so that the scraping plates can fit with the inner wall of the fermentation box, thereby completely scraping curd when the curd is scraped.
