Abstract:
Disclosed is a biaxially stretched polyester film which can be adhered on a solvent-free ionizing-radiation-curable resin (e.g., a lens layer) readily and has high antistatic properties. The biaxially stretched polyester film comprises a film and a coating layer applied on at least one surface of the film, wherein the coating layer comprises a polyurethane resin (A) and a cationic high-molecular-weight antistatic agent (B), and wherein the polyurethane resin (A) contains a compound produced by quaternizing a tertiary amino group in a chain-extending agent having the tertiary amino group in the molecule and a polycarbonate polyol as constituent units;.
