Abstract:
[Problem] To allow a nonuser to set a bicycle brake condition and brake a bicycle on the basis of the condition set by the nonuser. [Solution] A bicycle brake device system 2 comprises a server 4, a portable terminal 6, a display unit 7, a control unit 8, a power supply unit 9, a dynamo-electric machine 10, and a bicycle 12. The portable terminal 6 includes an image display unit 62, a brake condition transmission unit 63, and a brake condition setting unit 65. The control unit 8 causes the bicycle 12 to perform regenerative braking using the dynamo-electric machine 10 according to the brake condition set by the brake condition setting unit 65.
