Abstract:
A blind area detection method and device, used for a sensor, automatic driving or auxiliary driving. The method comprises: obtaining a first pre-driving path of a first terminal in a roundabout, the number of roundabout feature points comprised in the first pre-driving path, and a first driving speed, the roundabout feature point comprising a confluence point, a diverging point, and a conflict point (S201); and determining a blind area of the first terminal on the basis of the driving direction of the first pre-driving path, the number of roundabout feature points comprised in the first pre-driving path, and the first driving speed, the driving direction comprising left turning, right turning, straight going, or turning around (S202). The method can be applied to an Internet of vehicles such as vehicle-to-everything (V2X), inter-vehicle communication long-term evolution-vehicle (LTE-V), and vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V), can improve the accuracy of blind area detection, and improve the safety of automatic driving or auxiliary driving by improving the accuracy of vehicle blind area detection.
