Abstract:
The present application provides a blister housing structure. The blister structure comprises an upper cover, a blister housing body, and a fastener. The upper cover is provided with a first mounting hole, and the blister housing body is used for mounting an electric connection assembly. An accommodating hole is provided in the blister housing body, a mounting portion is provided in the accommodating hole, a second mounting hole is provided in the mounting portion, and a supporting member is connected between the hole wall of the accommodating hole and a side wall of the mounting portion. The fastener sequentially penetrates the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole, such that the upper cover covers and is fixed on the blister housing body. The blister housing structure is highly integrated with the electric connection assembly, reducing the number and cost of battery module parts, and improving the energy density and the electrical safety performance of a battery system. In addition, by means of providing the supporting member, the blister housing structure is more stable, and the blister housing body is prevented from being depressed when the fastener is pressed, ensuring the overall stability of the battery module.
