Abstract:
Provided is a blood pressure correction information generating device that generates information with which it is possible to accurately correct a measurement error in blood pressure information resulting from a change in the position of the wrist in a wrist-mounted blood pressure measurement device. Further provided are a blood pressure measurement device equipped with the blood pressure correction information generating device, a blood pressure correction information generating method, and a blood pressure correction information generating program. A blood pressure measurement device (100) has: a blood pressure information calculating unit (11) that calculates blood pressure information at each pulse on the basis of a pulse wave detected by a pulse wave detecting unit (10); and an acceleration sensor (12) that outputs information corresponding to the movement of a subject's wrist. On the basis of movement information outputted from the acceleration sensor (12), the blood pressure measurement device (100) detects a change interval during which the position of the wrist in the direction of gravity changed greatly, and, on the basis of the blood pressure information calculated by the blood pressure information calculating unit (11) before and after the detected change interval, generates blood pressure correction information for correcting the blood pressure information calculated by the blood pressure information calculating unit (11) later after the change interval.
